Patrick Fouse joined the Fouse Ward-Dahl team in April 2022 and has been leading operations since March 2023. Patrick has performed nearly 500 inspections since taking over operations in 2023. Mike now serves as an advisor, bringing his over 25 years of experience in the industry.

Our Services & Process

A home inspection that is complete and covers all of the components will normally take between two and three hours, but this can vary depending on the size of your home, the additional components involved, and other relevant factors.

You will receive a report that is very detailed, and this report will include pictures if your home has any areas of concern or any problems which are discovered. We encourage questions at every step of the process, and this includes any questions you may have after the inspection has been finished.
